If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days from the date of receipt by our office for the replacement to be processed.

In order to guarantee the integrity and quality of products we sell; we CAN NOT accept returns on the following items:

    For safety reasons, consumable products as skin care and body wrap products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Replacement Parts:
    Any replacement parts for devices not purchased from Prismatique. including replacement bulbs, are non-returnable and non-refundable. Prismatique is not responsible for replacement parts purchased for equipment not sold by Prismatique.
  • Special Order, Seasonal or Bulk Volume Orders:
    Non-stock, special order, custom, bulk volume and seasonal merchandise will not be accepted for return credit.
  • Furniture, Portable or Handheld Equipment, Spa beds:
    Furniture or handheld equipment orders CAN NOT BE CANCELED and CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED – this includes custom furniture and equipment orders.
  • Finance Orders:
    Finance orders CAN NOT BE CANCELED and CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

• Training or Conference tickets:

 (7) seven days prior to the event!

Loaner Program

Loaner equipment is available for devices with an active warranty. Equipment purchased through a distributor, second-hand, or through any third-party vendor are not covered under the Prismatique loaner program. Please refer inquiries to your seller for more information. We do not currently offer loaners for furniture. If you have questions regarding your eligibility for loaner equipment, please contact your account representative at Prismatique.
